I placed an order either November or December of 2010. I asked for updates by phone and never received any. I emailed them March of 2011 to request an update or I would cancel the order....no reply ever. I called in and left a detailed voicemail at the end of March 2011 to cancel the order. Looked at my online banking account and they charged my card...
