I was in this apartment for only one year. It was one of the worst apartment experiances I have ever dealt with. They trap you in with great deals then get you in the end of your lease. I was charged $715 for new carpet because there was a stain on my steps..... FROM THIER MATAINENCE MAN tracking in mud! The first month I was there I had to call matainence 3 times.
