Referred to Dr. Jason E. Carter as part of Ballad Healthcare group.. waited 4 days for return call/ appt. I went 20 minutes early to complete paperwork.. office locked and dark for lunch hour without patient access. Patients had to walk long corridor to find office lobby locked.. 1. one 85+ with third cancer bout, with COPD on oxygen and aging wife trying to assist.. others with similar needs.....
