Plenty of classes to whip a lazy soul into shape, or to turn that beefed-up 6-pack into an 8. Signature classes with intimidating names like Body Blast and Butts & Guts, with trainers who live up to their reputations: relentless. That's what a true hard body needs. Juice bar serves protein shakes, smoothies and healthy bars for that added energy you'll crave.

I like Moncai Vegan for its service as well as the food. I ordered the potato pancakes with brown rice and salad to go. I waited and tried one of their pastries, apple roll, it was good. The server/cashier was quite helpful--asked what I liked. The potato pancakes were good with salad. I have to come back and try their other entres as well as their all vegan pastries. Looking forward to brunch...
