Their equipment and medical personnel is nice. Their policies around late notice on cancellation are not very customer-friendly. I had to beg them not to charge me $50 for no show.

Every visit to laser away has been more than accommodating. The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I am very happy with my purchase so far and will continue to recommend laser away to friends and family.

They are very friendly. My customer service experience has been great. The process is painful to me because I'm a guy, but then the treatment were getting more easy to go with.
