I will never back again at this hotel, scares me a lot.. One time i checked in at this hotel and a rude person knocking on my door and i didn't open my door because i see outside is a man with a bottle on his left hand and im scared to open my door.
The stay was horrible loud neighbors and we figured out that they do not clean the sheet between stays which is gross! We ruffled up the sheets and didn't keep the sheets flat and they said that we messed up the sheets and kept our deposit. All they care about is money.
I stayed there wheb passing threw phoenix, and was sceptical do to other reviews I've read. when we first pulled up we noticed the grounds were well maintained, and that most all the staf was polite and courteous, (exception a woeker named tani) and went out of there way to give us directions. Recently stayed here for a night. What to say. The bed wasn't too bad. But, no carpeting, no remote for the TV. Bathroom door doesn't lock, and th bathroom window seemed to be some hole cut in the side with a trap door looking thing for a window. Also, that didn't lock.
