I had 3 old dead laptops, I bought a new Macbook Pro and wanted all my data transfered. I was getting quotes ranging from about $199-$300 saying that each computer had to be disasembled and the data was going to have to be retrived in a special way; Well I call Bill Spit! Laptops Plus did it all for under $100 and I had my computer back 4 days later. Sheesh. PLEASE GO HERE FIRST

I am a teacher and refer all my studens go to this place. If you need fast service at an affordable rate I suggest you go here. Everyone I know who has been there has had a great if not WONDERFUL expierence. Some computer issuse do take longer than others to repair but the price and service is worth any wait!!

I understand you feel that your software was "Pirated." We do not use such software and sometimes you have to reactivate the software. The Pop up you recieved is common when the registration key is not properly read by your operating system. We could have fixed it for you had you returned to the store and explained the siuation to our staff.

I brought my laptop in to get a new hard drive and the operating system I provided installed. Instead of using the OS CD I provided, they installed a pirated copy that I had to remove and then reinstall my OS CD. And if that was not bad enough they ran my credit card twice and charged me $200 twice, which unfortunately I did not notice until it was too late to dispute.
