I'm a single female who lives in a two bedroom townhouse. I have been here for 1 and a half years now. I LOVE the units and the space and floor plans. The price and location are ideal for me. It's only about 15-20 mins from downtown. Great facilities AND great office staff. 2 pools, tennis court etc... The maintenance is REALLY FAST. Normally completes your maintenance orders within 24-48...

My experience with the leasing staff has been amazing!!!! They are extremely prompt in email responses and they try to work with you as much as possible. These apartments are by far the nicest and most afforable apartments I've viewed in the Metro Atlanta area.

This apartment complex is not all it seems to be. The property is not all that well kept up but for what i was paying for $725 i couldn't complain too much. You get what you pay for. The leasing office doesn't care about their tenants though. They believe money grows on trees and when you try to ask them for help or for more time with rent they charge you fees on top of fees. I'm new to the city of Atlanta, and I'm still getting use to the environment, everyone is sidity and too focused on their selves which I guess that's how is is, not sure yet..even with the employees that work in the leasing office, not too friendly..but maybe I just came on a wrong day.

Feel very proud to call this place home. Its a phenomenal neighborhood with very friendly and respectable neighbors, who tends to look out for each other. The staff is professional and very helpful in getting things done. Finally, in walking distance to several restaurants and shopping centers.
