As a former resident I would warn you not to live here. There is quite a bit of police activity and the management is terrible.

I am a single parent and my primary reason for living here is for the schools, I downsized from a large home because soon I will be and empty nester. The only disappointment has nothing to do with the apartment or managerial staff. I really wish there was a barrier wall for highway noise control since my yard faces 77 highway. That's it for me. The Landings are a joke

Our rent has gone up from $450 11 years ago to $700 now for a one bedroom apartment with 650 Sq foot. We complain that we haven't any amenities and the apartment manager replies "We have a pool,boat storage (which we don't own a boat and neither do most of the tenants) and we have a "care team". That's a joke. The care team hosts events with free food and drinks. We never had a water bill...

if you have a brand new job you cannot live here. The ladies at the front desk are extremely rude and offer NO help. I am currently looking into a 2 bed 2 bath town home or garden amenity. I go in yesterday at about 4:30 (they close at 5) and one of the ladies (who has only been working there for a week, might I add) informed my girlfriend and I that we could hold the last garden amenity...

The staff and apartment were great. Unfortunately the people in the neighborhood had a lot of police activity. I never had a problem but the increase in illegal activity made me glad I was moving.
