I had bought a lamp at Lamp plus in san lorenzo ca ...the lamp did nt work but was told by Rachael (manager) that it could be warrantied at the dublin store,,,this was because the san lorenzo store is going out of business...so I called "J" at the dublin store, she called back and told me that i was lying and that i never had this conversation with Rachael! ... I am not making this up,..by the way I called the manufacture and they told me they would have warranty it at no charge to the Dublin store ..Brian

Ask for Jodi! She's concise, professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. We are picky consumers too. We bought lighting for 4 rooms on Black Friday weekend. Not only did she help us find what was in stock, she also consulted us on how to order from Lamps Plus online. Then, she made sure our store pickups and deliveries met expectations.
