For the last few years my husband and I have spent Thanksgiving at the Lamplighter Inn. They have a terrific brunch (three separate meal times) for a very economical price. I usually get the typical Thanksgiving dinner, and my husband, who isn't one for turkey and yams, goes for the salmon, shrimp and prime rib. It's all you can eat...

The price was right for us. We had a car so location was good with the supermarket right up the road and bus to Sequoia Nat Park picked us up right outside the hotel.

Don't expect 5 star hotel. But not bad for the price. Quiet ,clean..place has character.

Good location, old building with beautiful garden. They still use metal keys! Clean room, old carpet, newly remodeled bathroom and shower. I think changing the carpet and touch up the exterior would add to it's value. Overall very good experience. Will definitely go back.

A good clean motel. If you are traveling somewhere the Lamp Lighter is a perfect choice. The walls are a little bit thin but we were exhausted so we could sleep very well. The staff was extremely kind.

This lovely hotel is situated in Visalia. The total number of guests rooms is 100. Pets are not allowed at Lamp Liter Inn.

Lamp Liter Inn is just 4.2 mi (6.8 km) from the airport and offers a free shuttle (available on request). Guests can take a dip in the outdoor pool or grab a bite to eat at Garden Grill, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A bar/lounge and a garden are other highlights, and rooms offer patios and room service.
