Dr. Simon is too busy and has no time to see current patients. She does not see you if you are more than 5 minutes late (turns you away and charges you $25). We have been literally 6 minutes late and her front desk says sorry. However, we have waited on occasion over 20 minutes to see her. Unfortunately, changing orthodontists mid course is virtually impossible - you have to take the...

Dr. Simon was eating at the same restaurant as my family. It was towards the end of the meal that we realized that my daughters retainer had been thrown away. Dr. Simon got out of her seat, went back to the restaurant kitchen with me and helped me dig through the trash to find it. What doctor …
