I have a Samsung dishwasher that was never used and came defective from factory. Samsung sent a tech that replaced the controls and left. when I run the unit, it spelled water on the sides. The door was not latching and that caused the leak. THEY DESERVE NO STARS!!! ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE COMPANY. DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. EVERYONE IN ORLANDO OFFICE IS RUDE INCLUDING THE SUPERVISOR. TERRIBLE!!!! TERRIBLE!!!! TERRIBLE!!! I am putting one star but they do not deserve any. Unprofessional, Rude, No customer service at all, they gave me two appointments and never came, I asked permission on my work to be home waiting for them twice and they never came. Every Time i call them i waited on hold 45 minutes. TERRIBLE!!!!!!

"Betty" was unprofessional and rude, it is a shame that she is making the whole company look bad, this lady has HORRIBLE customer service. I will not recommend this to anyone. And no, they werent able to help me with my appliance.
