Only a one star because I had to click on something!! Neglect, neglect, neglect. My mother is currently at Lake Taylor as it was recommended for physical therapy. Aside from the therapists the nursing staff is awful and elevated concerns are not even handled by management. I had a total knee replacement and went to Lake Taylor for rehab.(7/19/14 - 8/01/14) It was one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. The place was very clean, the staff were very professional, caring and personable. The staff answered calls within 2 min. or less most of the time. Medical and therapy staff are great. Food stinks. Shoe leather chicken or pork. Un cooked turkey bacon. Have been here for 14 days. . Only 2 hot and flavorful meals in that time. This morning was sent a cold egg and cold cheese on an english muffin. And instant tasting coffee. If you plan to come here bring your own food.

My Mom & the lady that was in the room with her had the worst care..The physical therapist were the only good thing about her stay there...I would NEVER have another family member go to this place!!!
