If I told my best friend about this place, I'd say you were better off somewhere else. The staff is not trained and the "owner" (you never know if they are telling the truth or not) is no better. I'm not a medical professional and was hoping that a company that deals in medical equipment everyday could help me make the best decisions. I should have enlisted a magic 8 ball. Avoid this place...

Terrible experience - customer service was none existent, no product knowledge, and no stock - they have to order everything! I walked out and tried another store with much better luck!

I went in recently and while there were people working - they had no knowledge about the products or what was or wasn't covered. I ultimately went somewhere else, and they actually helped me make an informed purchase. Best of luck if you deal with these people- you'll need it!!
