She was very easy to talk to and really knew her stuff. She applied her powder in places inside the house but haven't seen any around those places (master bathroom). When we walked around the outside of the house where she thought they were (by the sliding glass door)and put some powder they literally came out of the woodwork. They died within seconds. Since then, we've only seen a few.

I didn't even call this company and she saw us outside and stopped by. Gave me a discount for using service master and has given my husband and I lots of advice on many other projects in our new home! Haven't seen a bug yet! Very professional and punctual.

Pat came out and inspected my attic for rodents. She spent quite a bit of time in a hot Florida attic. She saw no signs of any rodents, was HONEST and said no futher action needed to be taken.
