Valentine's Day fixed menu. Excellent subtleties of taste, and service. Pleasant atmosphere - actually able to carry on a conversation without yelling above the din, unlike many restaurants. But, tacking on mandatory 20% tip was tacky, and smacks of insecurity, or extortion. Not sure if that is the usual policy.

The dinner was absolutely over the top and perfect for our 37th Anniversary.
My first michelin star experience and it was fantastic. The service was great and each staff member was on point. Our table waiter was very helpful on recommendations and was very accommodating to our lack of experience. We had fun sharing dishes and trying everything.
