Staff seemed okay, if a little confused, about a late check-in and desk is staffed all night. Hotel is in an area away from noise and has well lighted parking and good, clean rooms. Desk staff was not able to get us an extra towel or blanket, as they had no extras available at the front desk and said were only able to provide when housekeeping was on site.

Generally, the stay was great. We did very little besides sleep at the hotel. We were awakened at least three times in the night as a train roars past just across the street, so that was unfortunate. The breakfast was ok. They ran out of eggs and the bacon was quite sad. Staff was generally quite nice, especially the breakfast lady who found it rewarding to go out of her way for everyone that...

This Hotel management and staff was very rude.

To start with the staff overcharged for the rooms from the Expedia price. When questioned about it the management maintained it was a soft wear clich with the computer programs. But the credit card account instantly showed the charges and not the corrections at all. Services like a roll-a-bed was charged but never delivered. There never was enough wash cloths or hand towels.
