Perfect location, this hotel is large, but is still super quiet. I never heard another guest once inside my room, which was large, comfortable and very relaxing. WiFi always worked perfect and I felt quite safe staying here. You are just a few minutes away from downtown. This hotel is pet-friendly, so those traveling with their dog(s) have a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Sacramento.

They promised me beforehand shuttle transportation from Amtrak to hotel, but told me it wasn't available when I got there!! I was very perturbed & insisted on it because I had no other means. They relented & paid cab fair to hotel.\n\nThe night desk clrk wouldnt answer the phone for questions, I finally went down @ night to get my needs met.
