The staff all seemed upset to be bothered every time I spoke with them. I was given a smoking room when I requested a non-smoking room at the time of reservation, weeks earlier. The window only opened 1.5 inches so I couldn't even air the stinky room out. When I got to my room, two of the towels were used and on the floor and the soap packages were opened and used! They certainly did not do...

For the proximity to the city, a five minute trip, and for the value, I was not expecting as much as I got. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The rooms were impeccable, the beds as luxurious as any more expensive hotel. They were also very quiet!! The full breakfast was amazing and served 'til 10am! I will go back there when I visit Rochester again.
