For the price you spend per month you can find something WAY better. They do not have any doors locked, anyone can come in and out throughout the building. There is NO parking anywhere for guests to come. We had a washer leak the SECOND week moving in and cut apart the kitchen area and hallway and they have yet to fix it and it has been almost two months.

This place is beautiful! The management is so nice and they are very helpful. The atmosphere is lovely and I love living here. It's very clean and the cleaning staff is very friendly. The rent is a little pricey but that is because of the location and scenery. Its right across from the mall and so close to pizza hut and which wich. It is perfect!

in terms of p/sf to value as a tenant, you can't find a better comparable deal. downsides are that sinks and grinder break down near expiration, and smoke alarms go off at random times.
