Horrendous! They will not get your mail if you forget your mail key. They will however continue to stuff your mailbox with other people's mail. They will not notify you of a package arrival. They will speak rudely to you that packages need to be picked up on a timely basis.The store itself is crowded and cramped and a bit difficult to navigate.

My visit was on a Tuesday morning, so it was not busy. The employee was kind and helped me get a package boxed and shipped with the best rate as possible. No complaints about their service.
