Had a leak in our water heater. Called around and decided to go with Kyle Plumbing. They are, without a doubt, one of the most professional companies I have dealt with in a long time. Plumber arrived 5 minutes before promised and was courteous and professional. Also was well groomed, which seems like a trivial observation but I've had other contractors in my home in the past from other companies that looked as if they've just crawled out of a dumpster. Not the case here.

Kyle plumbing has too much business to provide decent customer service to all their customers. I waited more than a week for their proposal and it did not have the correct information on it. When I asked them to change it, and gave specific reasons why, they told me off. The e-mail exchange is below word-for word. You be the judge.
