The service was okay.

I had some shoes repaired and the service was okay. I like the fact that he was able to restore them, not quite new, but it's okay.

Claimed they could fix my luggage in an hour. (While I wait.) Ended up taking over 4 hours. I had to leave and come back another day. It was a bit of a drive as I do not live close by. After checking the repair, I had to reattach some screws as they were not screwed in properly. This is not "Longshores Luggage" even though they have their old phone number.

I have been here 3 times now, twice for myself, and one with a friend, all for the same issue: replacing caps on stilettos.This is my ongoing heel problem. No matter how expensive the shoe, the caps wear out and eventually completely disintegrate if I let it go too long, leaving me walking on straight …

All these years later and this place is still the place for me to take my shoes and leather items for repair. I tried a couple of other places and was disappointed. I will not make that mistake again; not for as long as I live in Sacramento.

I first tried this place out a few years ago when the heel of my favorite black round toe pumps cracked. Not only that, but the heel sole also needed to be replaced. He accomplished both repairs...
