I'm glad they call it Kritter Kennels because that's exactly what my kitten got. We stayed with them because we found out after getting to Destin that there are no pets allowed where we were staying. I regret not just getting kicked out, it would be better than this. I'm pretty sure she wasn't fed well for the 5 days and she now has orange fleas and her fur is falling off. Not to mention the cigarette smoke all around the place. She smelled me and clawed onto my shirt when she saw me then cried the entire 3 hours home. If I could give 0/5 I would. Wasn't worth the price because now it'll be upwards of 140 in vet bills and I think they got shut down because it is now out of their own abode. Disappointing to say the least.

We brought our dogs here because they received an A+ with the BBB but our experience was horrible and hopefully other dogs don't have to go through this. We had to board our dogs because we had just moved here and had not yet found a home. They picked our dogs up from the airport and they did not look professional at all.
