Every time I send a drive to konicom, they always surprise me. They can recover ANYTHING! last month a man brought in a laptop that was in the delta for 2 weeks and i told him I would take care of it. Konicom has consistanly provided me with quick service. They are quick, yet better than any other comp shop in sac. I don't know a whole lot about computers, so it is good that there is always someone to pick up the phone and help me out. Last Septmeber when my computer's hard drive started squealing konicom was able to recover all of my passed wife's photos. What a blessing!

It's good to know that the computer store is here in the local near by my house. It's really good last time I brought in the laptop to be fixed. They are nice and have kind service. The price that I have is reasonable. Try this out.

My friend took her computer to this place because of problems with viruses, spyware, etc. From my view, they kept the computer way too long....
