I needed help fast,my air was broken. Koldaire came out the same day that I called, fixed my problem and charged me a very fair price for the amount of work that they did. I would recommend them to anyone that needs help with air conditioning.

I bought a very expensive high end Trane unit. Cost over 10k. They installed it quickly, unfortunately several problems after install I had to pay for. SO MUCH FOR A GOOD TRANE PRODUCT. They always found a reason to hit me for money after the install. So much for a warranty.Now I sit in a hot house with no a/c, they do not answer the phone and i left no less than 10 messages on emergency...

Koldaire was good the initial sale but when the unit broke down in less than two years and needed a part that was covered by Trane's warranty, I was very disappointed. For less than two hours work, they charged me $525, a flat rate that they said was discounted from their price schedule. This was much higher than any other firm i spoke with and there was no rhyme or reason to the charge, just...
