I called to check on a generator rental. The person who answered was rude, unfriendly and acted as if he wanted to not help me in anyway. I will never rent anything from them. VERY RUDE AND UNFRIENDLY!

Can not count on good customer service what so ever. Is a horrible place to rent.

When you call to get information of what you need when arriving they do not give you all the information you need. They let you come in so they can tack on more money, when they should have told you over the phone. The customer does not come first, in fact, they could care less if they had your business.

Knox-Tenn Rental is very close to my home, so that makes it good. I don't rent many things from them, nor very often, but the people at the desk are always helpful and efficient. I'm satisfied.
