Very unhappy with the return policy. Your employees should know your policies on returns and the best way to help the customer. I just walked out as I was listening to the shift manager and another unhappy customer about your email receipts and return policy.

I hate kmart in general.. But as of late i really hate them. This store is soooo slow. The managers are worst than the regular employees.. And explain to me how a greeting card is considered a grocery item?? Stop giving me these surprise points when u can even use them on anything.. Im officially done with kmart.. Bye!! Plus amazon and sears (even though they are the same place) are cheaper..

Very disappointed how do you offer check cashing service and they always turn you away because they have no money!!!!! Obviously someone isn't doing their job!!

I was just in this store trying to return an item that I purchased in Big Bear, I have the receipt dated less then 30 days. The store manger Thomas Rynders was very rude!!!! I will be filling a complaint with the corporate offices.

Came in for a batteries because Radio Shack had a "be back in 30 minutes" sign. I remembered why I do not like Kmart...long lines and no checkers...I'm waiting 30 minutes in line...should have just waited for Radio Shack. Employees at this Kmart are the slowest checkers I have ever seen....OMG!!!
