*Marietta, Ohio location* Angel (which is hilarious) at the service desk was extremely rude. There was a simple misunderstanding and I couldn't believe how badly she handled it. I never write complaints, but this woman was just the worst individual to be handling the customer service desk. Will never return, that's for sure.
