Bed Bugs!!!

Kivel is over-run with bed bugs! Aside from the blood-sucking parasites - the administration is worse. I wouldn't board my dog there. Why hasn't the state closed this place?

The previous review may or may not be accurate, however this nursing home facility is no longer open ... closed in April 2008. A new facility may be built in a different location. Other options still available at Kivel Campus of Care are independent living apartments and assisted living apartments. I have been researching for quite awhile and have no hesitation on moving my 90 year old mother...

The patient to nurse ratio is 40 to 1! The law states that the nurses have one hour before and one hour after the sceduled time to administer the medication. With this ratio and all of the individual needs IT IS IMPOSSIBLE AND UNSAFE! Beware of promises made by the facility. If it takes the nurse longer than the 8 hour shift to complete the tasks, the facility does not pay the nurse for the...
