Horrible. No one is in charge. Pay your bill and months later get another bill. Will not return calls. Will not deal with again. They are now located on Miramar Road.

If you need appliances, go to Kiva. I don't want to dis their store, but it isn't very impressive. There service and prices are though. They were very helpful - I am a kitchen novice, but now get lots of compliments. My contractor warned me against Standards and I couldn't be happier. Now for some cooking lessions...

This is now our favorite store! After shopping all around town we came back to Kiva and they beat every best price we found! They saved us $900 on three appliances! If you base our savings on retail prices they saved us over $1300!
