Fairly typical boxing gym. If you've only ever used standard gyms like Bally's or Equinox or whatever, Kingsway will have to take some getting use to. Best Women Boxing Gym in New York. Very Clean and the trainers know exactly what to teach you. They are vey patient and will work with you. The 3 women boxing classes for the price of one is really worth it. Recommended for all NYC women.

Ask for Darryl.I have trained in many different gyms. If you are interested in cardio boxing or just want a good workout, there are better gyms out there.
