I got such great service from these guys when a concrete pillar attacked my precious Jeep. I had never had to make an insurance claim before, and I was completely lost as to what to do. Ryan was so helpful and easy to communicate with. I would definitely use this company again!

On my husbands way back to Knoxville after hiking a mountain in Gatlinburg, TN my husband pulled over at a Welcome Center, because he was having a heart attack. He had to be airlifted back to Knoxville. I was with my daughter in her apartment having a severe reaction to my chemo treatments. Kings Towing came to the rescue. My car broke down on a very cold evening, other tow services (according to my autoclub) would take 4 hours to come to me. I am in a wheelchair and walk very little, not only did they get to me in 35 minutes but when they got me to my home the driver helped me to my front door as the snow had refrozen before I finally got home.
