I came in for an appointment for pain in my knee. As per my insurance plan he was unable to do anything but send me for an MRI. I approval was denied because no medical necessity was given to the insurance company.
As of 4-15-19 i have not received a phone call from the office and I have made many phone calls the the person who is in charge of auths but she claims she is waiting on the doctor...

I went in with a herniated disc and stenosis. PT wasnt working so well. Dr Kreiner was knowledgeable about my condition and gave me the time I wish my orthopedist would give me. Dr Kreiner delivered fast, safe, and targeted relief. Highly recommend.
Dr. Desai has excellent manners and was very tentative to my concerns. I had emergency surgery on my right elbow and he was sure to explain everything in detail. At my follow up visits, he listened to all my concerns and was reassuring about my healing process.
