On a Tuesday, around 7:00 pm. Most of the whole fish had cloudy eyes and most of the fillets had small areas spotted with greenish black bits. I picked out one that looked the best and we fully cooked it later. The man who handled the fish wore gloves but also used those gloved hands to handle cash--without changing the gloves. Since we're right around the corner we thought we'd give it a shot....
