SAVE YOUR MONEY. Buy your flowers ANY place else. Not even close to the pictures on the website. If you want to be DISAPPOINTED go to KIMEL flower shop. Don't say I didn't warn you!

Was very disappointed in the bouquet made for my sisters hospital stay. I asked for fresh, spring like flowers. It looked like they just put a bunch of flowers in a vase with no height or special arrangement. She called to complain. Was told she would receive a call back, but it never happened. So much for depending on FTD! Disappointed in Ohio
