Horrible experience! We bought a sofa and love seat with the assurance that it would be delivered by 2PM on a Monday and that they would haul away the old furniture.

When they showed up before 5PM, the drivers said they knew nothing about taking it away. After they had left and being on the phone with the salesperson, he said they would take it. Next day.... placed a phone call and the sales guy, Mike... said they couldn't do it.

Needless to say, I canceled the contract and had them pick up the furniture.

That's no way to do, or keep, business!!!
