She's competent and friendly but I also found her to have an assertiveness that bordered on pushy in in my opinion. The way she was with my children. I became uncomfortable with her at two different appts. I decided not to continue on with her and switched providers.

My family has been going to Dr. Kettlehake for 3 years now. We never have to wait long, she can usually fit my kids in somewhere if they're sick. She is so friendly and easy to talk to, she is always willing to go the extra mile to find out information that she isn't sure of. I love both of the nurses, they and Raul at the front desk is awesome. I don't know if it's just that I'm always in there with my kids, or if he just has a really good memory, but he remembers me when I come in, and knows my voice when I call. They do seem to be on vacation or out of the office quite often, but she's...
