Save your time, patience, and money and don't waste any of it there. My husband and I lived here and we were miserable! They do not fix anything! They would never spray for bugs even upon request! Walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbors, we had problems constantly with heating/ac going out. At least 2-3 times a month. The landlord is decent, but for what the place is, it's not worth...

The other reviews were correct at that time, now there is a new manager at Kensington and she seems to have made a big difference in the maintenance and up keep. Also, I have notice that the people moving in seem to be a lot quietier. I have lived here for several years and have seen a big change for the better.
