Showed up looked at my dish washing machines. Told me they were broken which i knew already thats why i called him. Told me I need one new one and the other he can fix. Took money never showed back up or called about whne he will be fixing the dish washer. I texted him asked him what is happening and when he will be back to fix it he said I cant do anything for you because they are not fixable....

I hired Ken because the alarm for high temperature on my Viking refrigerator was going off. He replaced worn out gaskets, which he thought was the reason. However, the alarm never stopped going off. Ken paid service call to my home on January 25th between 8-10- am and showed up after 10 am. He showed late, when he came in with his dirty boots I was sitting in my kitchen while he went to work on refrigerator and told me he did not want me to watch while he worked and to go somewhere else.
