You guys are amazing with customer service to back it up. So many times I have been screwed over by plumbers and their ridiculous rates but you are fair and honest. i have already told others about you.

Rip-Off

I had been using Kendall Plumbing for years and always thought they did a good job at a fair price - I believe about $75 per hour. But last fall while on a trip we had a pipe break in our garage wall. The plumber came and spent about three hours on the repair and then sent us a bill for $1,000. And he didn't even finish the job. When I saked about the new rates of over $330 per hour, the ony response I got was "...we charge more for this kind of work..."
