Ken Henley's is a BAD AGENT. You don't want to do business with this office. If you must do business with State Farm at all, find a different agent. He will provide incorrect information, will not look out for your interests, will bully and berate you and will not act in any way like YOUR agent should act. Be very cautious doing business with this office.
