Ken is very knowledgable about the real estate market in Naperville, and he excels at knowing what needs to be done to a property to maximize return. He was completely accurate about what price we should expect and sold our home within a weekend. I wish he could have been the agent helping us buy when we moved away from the area!

Ken knows how to do real estate. This guys has great knowledge of the area. Also he can tell you exactly how much the upgrades are on the house and if the deal is good or bad or when not to buy.
He is professional and its great learning from him about the houses.
