Ok for your guy friend or your boyfriend looking to get a quick hair cut.The good - $8 for a men's cut, cheap, and the lady cutting his hair was fairly quick ~25 minsThe bad - not a great hair cut

Cheap cuts for little in exchange, at least thats the NY mentality in me. Barbershop alley has so many quality choices but Kelly's is one of their better areas as there are many barbers (co-ed) who are waiting to help one achieve the style they're looking to sport for the season. Shampoo and irons available, they treat you like a 5 star guest with a scalp massage and hot facial towel during each session.
