Dr. Cross is by far the best vet I’ve had in the 20 years I’ve been owned by cats! Incredibly knowledgeable, explains things clearly, takes her time with you and your fur babies, and truly cares. The staff is amazing as well! The Feliway towels at my last visit were a total game changer. Overall extremely happy here!

I took my dog in the for the first time. They took me in late BUT thats ok! I understand theyre busy. However, I did not appreciate how rushed I felt when actually being seen. Dr kirsten ronngen did a great job answering my questions, inspecting my dog and loving her but no one ever told me the results of her check up.
