Aft...er a week of waiting we went into the store after hearing nothing from any of the employees at the store and asked what the status was. my wife bought a necklace, an OPEN HEART BY JANE, FROM this fly bynight ripoff asall thechain does is break. the store a...nd corporate refuse help because it has been over 60 days. of the over sixty days, most of the time it has spent in the store out to be fixed.
WHAT A PIECE OF CRAP AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS.
