Worst service customer I have experienced. If I could give no stars I would. Michelle, worker 480827, who works at this location is rude, unprofessional and downright condescending. I will never do any business with this location ever,ever ever again in life.

The Newark location sucks big time. I got engaged on Christmas and the ring was too big so my friend and I stopped in here to get a spacer. The lady didn't even look to see how big the ring was. She put the spacer on crooked and then vehemently argued with us about fixing her mistake. She did a …

These people are terrible and extremely shady!! My husband spend over $5000 in this store. We moved to a new house and he immediately notified them of the address change. 2 months go by, no statement. I went to the store and payed part of the balance and confirmed our address change. Next month …
