Got to tell you that this place is about 40+ miles from where I live, but is worth it, because of their salesman Cliff. He is honest at deal time , low preassure and will go out of his way to help...

I have nothing bad to say about this dealership cause they are really good and they know their stuff they are the only dealership i bring my zx10r to cause they dont make you wait they take time to show you whats going on and they are priced decent , ron in service is the best service man ive seen in houston hands down and he makes sure everytime i leave their my bike is ready for war...

the parts and service staff were all very helpful on the repairs to my bike.. the staff seemed to know the answers to most of the questions i had.. got all my parts when promised, cannot speak for watercraft though.. if you spend that much money on a machine, you might want to check the fluids yourself if they are really that valuable to you, instead of trusting that someone else did your job as an owner..

Excellent Customer Service and Sales

I have had the best customer service experience with Kawasaki of Pasadena. There Sales and parts department were very knowledgeable of there motorcycles and ATV’s, they were able to answer all of my questions and needless to say we did buy our first motorcycle from them. I would recommend any one to go buy there motorcycle from Kawasaki of Pasadena.
