I can walk again!

This was the first time in over 10 yrs that I had a massage. The last time hurt alot. I was having some low back pain and got a massage from Ms. Shillingford and it was AWESOME! She backed down when I said ouch and explained the pain .. etc. The next morning I was able to walk without the pain anymore (reduced by 90%). So thankful and would strongly recommend.

Been having some overall aches and pains and explained to the therapist how I hurt all over but wasn't sure what needed the most attention. So we agreed to go easy on me but during the massage both myself and the therapist found that I was really tight in my glutes, hips, and back of the legs. Visited this place twice on separate weekends to use gift card. Will not go back again! The place looks like it hasn't been cleaned... ever! The sheets were smelly and dirty. It needs an upgrade. Staff service was ok. But they sound like they don't get much customers. No surprise there! Save your money and someplace else!
